On our last day in Paris we decided it was imperative to visit our favourite shopping area just to make sure we didn’t miss anything, so back we went to Rue Saint-Honore and our beloved Colette. Where I fell in love with t-shirts that were sadly sold out in my size – it’s heartbreaking to be very honest with you *tear falls down one cheek* *writes song about broken heart a la Drake*. On the subject of heart break, I was on the hunt for a specific pair of Filling Pieces sneakers, the coral pair I mentioned in my nudes post, and whilst I made a friend in Colette he gave me the name of a shop I’d probably find them in…and so the hunt began.
We hopped into an Uber and headed off to Le Marais, this super trendy shopping district only to turn up outside the shop and find it was closed. The hunt promptly ended.
We then decided to wander around the area, which is when I stumbled upon Majestic Filatures. Lemme tell you a little something about Majestic Filatures, if you’re obsessed with high quality super beautiful basics, this is your shop: fine linen, the softest jersey, incredible cotton. Fine, subtly tailored t-shirts, light jackets and delicate dresses in a selection of delicious summer colours. I basically had to touch everything in there.

We were travelling back to London that evening so my OOTD had to be suitable for travel but still Versailles and as we know from my previous posts (here and here) I’m obsessed with Private Party – I think it’s super hilarious and clever – and my recent addition from them is my “Praying for these hoes” t-shirt with Drake praying hands (obviously). Paired with my lethal Louboutins (they gave me bleeding ankles but you know…fashion) and a grey jacket to add some “colour”.
