I know I’ve already talked about the majesty of my new DSquared2 bomber jacket, and I know it’s superior to all bomber jackets out there right now (sorry not sorry), but I’m not done with styling it out because I’m in love with it, obviously. Part of the reason why I’m so fascinated, are all the glorious details adorning the bitch: the silver zips of the pockets on the front, the silver zips running down both arms (which do open and act as an extra pocket…to put documents in?) and the straps hanging down the back, there’s action at every angle. It keeps things interesting on the outfit front.
This time I decided to pair this bomb jacket (pun intended) with a pair of leggings. I’ve mentioned the Throw it Higher leggings in another OOTD post and here they are, making an appearance again. They are turning out kind of blue in these pictures but they’re black, I assure you and I just love the mix of textures in this look: the nylon and the straps of the bomber, the cashmere sweater and the tight Lycra-y leggings with the python effect sneakers.

I’m also just kind of obsessed with the cohesion of detailing and colours in this look…if I do say so myself. The silver zip detailing of the jacket and the metallic of the sneakers and then the black on black of the rest of the outfit. I’m still as in love with my first Giuseppes as I was when I first got them – they’ve got a few scuffs from [here I’d like to enter some interesting thing I’ve done in them but let’s be honest, I’d be lying] going about my daily business and opening doors with my feet when my hands are full (I’m very skilled at this).
