Let’s Match: Monochrome OOTD

You don’t need me to start this off by telling you I love me some athleisure because if you don’t know that by this point, then you should leave. If you’re new, I’m not that mean, stick with me. But I’m info the casual stuff – not in a cotton leggings and oversized dirty t-shirt way – in a chic-way, obviously. Anyway, so I decided to keep things sports-luxe and matchy with black and white stripes…like a goddamn Zebra…well done Ca$$ie, how unoriginal an animal did it before you.

The look started with these leggings/trousers I’ve had for a hot minute and forgot existed – they’re 3×1 and have perforated leather down the sides which means they’re a bitch to clean, but they look pretty sick. I love me a seamless look so I paired them with simple long sleeve scoop-neck top and then added the shoes which worked with the white tread, looking a lil’ matchy.

OOTD Details:

Jacket // Ralph Lauren, customised at Harrods ages ago, similar here, here and here

Top // Majestic Filatures

Trousers // 3×1, similar here

Sneakers // Gucci

Scarf // Louis Vuitton (obvs)

Sunglasses // Quay Australia x Desi Perkins “High key”

My varsity jacket is pretty cool, I got it personalised a while back in Harrods and it’s one of the better choices I’ve made in life, apart from the fact that it really should read “Ca$$ie” but at that point in my life, Ca$$ie wasn’t a thing, so I forgive my naïve self. Turns out the white stripe detailing on the cuffs and waistband matched the rest of the look – well wouldn’t you look at that.

I threw the scarf on because, well, it’s cold in the UK these days so it’s my little injection of practicality to my outfit. Also, I’m obsessed with my new Quay Australia X Desi Perkins sunglasses – they’re ridiculously bo$$y and obnoxious (sounds like my kind of thing). I’ve just realised that my hair colour(s) match my LV scarf…and I’m very into it.
